Pricing 

Prices listed are in AUD and do not include delivery costs. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and may vary depending on location or product. Whilst we aim to ensure all pricing is correct on products, in the event of an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse orders placed on incorrectly priced products.  

Product Availability

In the unlikely event of a sale whereby the product is out of stock, we will inform you via email with the option to refund or swap for another item of the same price point.

Warranty

All products displayed on menacecompany.com are covered under warranty for product faults for 14 days of you receiving the order. 

Damage caused from user misuse are not covered under Menace Company warranty. 

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds on sale items.

Returns/Refunds

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@menacecompany.com to resolve any issues.

Returns/Exchanges are only accepted on items in their original condition within 7 days of you receiving your order.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, you will instead be offered an exchange or credit.

The customer is responsible for ensuring products are returned back correctly and covers all costs.

We don't offer returns or refunds on Mystery Boxes or bonus items - contact us if you believe you have received the wrong order.
