UNDER $149.99 = A $10 FLAT RATE ACROSS ALL ORDERS

All orders are sent via Australia Post - please allow up to 3 - 5 days for domestic orders and 5 - 7 days for the rest of Australia.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping = $35 Flat rate across all orders in United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Japan and New Zealand with Tracking included.

For our international customers, prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Product Availability

In the unlikely event of a sale whereby the product is out of stock, we will inform you via email with the option to refund or swap for another item of the same price point.

Warranty

All products displayed on menacecompany.com are covered under warranty for product faults for 14 days of you receiving the order.

Damage caused from user misuse are not covered under Menace Company warranty.

Returns/Exchanges are only accepted on items in their original condition within 7 days of you receiving your order.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, you will instead be offered an exchange or credit.

The customer is responsible for ensuring products are returned back correctly and covers all costs.

We don't offer returns or refunds on Mystery Boxes or bonus items - contact us if you believe you have received the wrong order.
